Y’all, don’t start breathing really hard it won’t work 😂 he left out some details so this is how it works for those who don’t know. You body need energy (specifically glucose) to run and to conduct cellular respiration, the food you eat contains energy but if you eat more than you need your body has to store it. But if you eat less and exercise more, your body has to tap into that extra store of fat to sustain itself (plus built up muscle that requires even more energy to run) C02 are water are just byproducts of cellular respiration. 😂 hope that’s helpful!
