I started doing omad a few weeks ago and it’s made me feel so much better. I understand what you’re saying and it’s not for a lot of people but I feel like it has really worked for me and my body and most importantly my mind has changed so much for the better. I really like your video though it’s very inspirational.
I’m around 71kg 156lb but I’m 5”3 so I’m definitely overweight but after years of not really looking after myself and suffering from anxiety and depression, this has been the best change for me. It’s not just about losing weight (even though that’s the motivation) but the mental clarity that has come with it has been far more rewarding.
I’m not going to stop doing what I’m doing because I really like it and want to do this for the rest of my life if I can help it.

I ate 1g of protein per pound if ideal body weight while pregnant with my fourth baby. I also drank a ton of bone broth. I didn’t get one stretch mark!!

I had gotten from 70 to 60, was excited to get into the 50s. It was coming off and slowly. Then i went out for lunch and has sushi. My breakfast and lunch were still within moderation. But i guess it was the sodium and my cycle being a few days away…the scale jumped SEVEN lbs overnight. I wanted to scream. I know this is gonna be water weight but does that mean thats all ive been losing? Gaaaaahhhhhh lmao

Absolutely right sister! It's all in your head, you don't need all this gimmick, just start with small steps and bits by bits you will figure it out. I would say it's pretty easy , don't rush things you will get there in your own sweet time. And at the end of your journey you will feel absolutely fantastic.

I used to quit because i saw no change at all after one month of weight loss journey. There was just too much negativity back then.

Wow finally someone who isn’t obsessed with tracking or weighing every bite. I find that is just a habit I cannot sustain personally so I’ve trying to focus on protein and water intake. You touched on every topic I’ve been thinking about, I really struggle with all or nothing so also trying to be more realistic and fluid.
