Great posts..i been doing squats 5 sets 50 witj 50lbs..off bb rack.pas 3/4 dwn contstant motion sum narrow.wide stance.wght 135.. 5.8..67yo since bout 7 yrs now .up bdy evry 3days 17set .in 2022 did 168 sq.wkouts.over 41k in yr…try eating .40/40/20.carb.pro.fat.what happens 2 body that squats 41k yr avg .no other leg wkout cept bike sumtimes.

  3. I just started rowing yesterday as a cardio substitute after I strained my calf. It’s really easy and then it not right around when it’s over. To speed up some needed weight loss, I’m going to continue rowing everyday along with my running.

  4. Just realized I have a row machine in my garage lol. I have 2 bowflexes and one of them has the slider thing to do rows. Can't wait to do it tomorrow πŸ™‚ Not procrastinating it's just like 11 p.m. and raining out lol

  5. What happens when you row everyday? You lose muscle as you don't give your body time to repair itself. You also increase your chances of injuries. Not giving yourself days off to recover is asinine.
