  1. Thing is first week it’s more about the other weights that carry so water weight salt intake hydration and all, but after the 1st week it starts working the fat more, I did it as well, W vid from Jonathan as always

  2. I’ve lost 40 pounds using a free app called β€œlose it!” To track calories.

  3. so i was at 103kilos, i gone on a diet for like 1200-1300 calories, the i got to 95 after two months, then i completely stopped 😐 i changed nothing dude
also im 5.7 and 17 years old

  4. I would say that even if they are no paying me to say it but Cronometer it's helping me a lot counting calories, at first the app it's a little hard to catch but once you figure out how it works its very easy and it's helping me a lot on my journey in calories deficit

  5. Does metabolism play a large part in this as I have 1800 calories a day which is about 300 less than what I need and for a month i even went down to 1400 a day but I am only losing around 1kg per month

  6. Can I ask I'm confused about the activity level does it mean cardio train excersies or is it weight training ezcersies

  7. Appreciate this. I think calorie counting is great to help folks be more mindful of how much they’re consuming from one dish to the next (and how it affects you). I went for a really high deficiency and two weeks in, I’m actually gaining weight so obviously something isn’t tracking (my guess is less bowel movements due to less food.. i usually eat pretty healthy so less food=less fiber? Idk)… so yeah- refresh and try a different approach aka more realistic deficiency 😊

    The calculator really helps, thanks!

  8. I put my activity level at light activity 1-2days a week. And my maintenance calories would be 2,337 but what if I’m inactive one day. On that day of inactivity would my maintenance calories be lower?

  9. You really do have one of the better channels that makes the weight loss equation more easier to digest! Keep doing what you're doing πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

  10. I am losing weight 0.5% a week. BUT I'm losing muscle as well as fat and my body fat % is not going down. Sometimes it's up! I'm weight training hard and eating enough protein.

  11. My maintenance is 1,900. If I take away 400 that’s 1,500 calories. Is that too low? I’m 5’3

  12. idk if im losing weight cuz i def lost a few pounds but not as much one expects to lose after 3months. i caculated i shud have lost 3kg of fat but i have around 1.6kg more than i shud. is it because i gained muscle mass? or my deficit isnt as deficit as it should be. or maybe bcuz ive had a few cheat days more than i think i got. or i wasnt as rigid w my diet as i shud be idk

  13. Make sure you're eating enough. In order to loose weight, don't do to much calorie deficit as your body will go into emergency mode and try its best to not burn the calories and stick to the fat.
