Just cut out the carbs (rice, noodles, bread, etc), sugar (ice cream, sodas, etc), all junk foods (fast food, chips, frozen dinners, etc) from your diet atleast 5-6 days a week, mix in some intermittent fasting, drink lots of water and mix in some squeezed lime into your water from time to time and forget counting calories. I eat as much as I want and I notice everytime I do this, I get less hungry and eat less anyways.
    Why, cause meats, fish, oatmeal, eggs, veggies, etc not only is a healthier choice but it doesnt make you over eat like pastas, noodles, burgers, pizzas, Chinese foods, sweets, junk food, etc.
    I start seeing the fat disappear on my body within 1 week of doing this. Just keep it up and watch most of it go away.
