Very recently I watched your post talks.
Would like to discuss about my wife’s health.
She is 52 years and having Osteoarthritis for 15 years. At last we have gone for Knee replacement surgery just 2 weeks ago. He present weight is 95 kg. He waist is 124 cm. She is diabetic (around 140 random). Managing with tablets.
She is also having Thyroid for which she is taking tablet daily morning.
We have down loaded app and calculated her calorie which comes to 1857. But daily intake as per app is around 2200. We are pure veg South Indian family ( not even egg we take)
Initially we thought wait gain may be due to Thyroid and periods problem. But after listening to your various talks we understood that calorie intake may be main reason. We have tried all types of medication for arthritis and as well weight reduction which includes allopathic, homeopathic, naturopathic, Ayurvedic etc.,
Pl suggest diet plan and calorie to limit to see result in next 3 years.

I started intermittent fasting during pandemic for 1 year 12:12 which helped to maintain my weight. 2021 i increased to 14:10.
