I also thought I'd cycle it and take a day off here and there and/or a week off every 6 or so weeks. Now I'm not sure if that would work. I do like to break from supplements from time to time. Just makes me feel good to give my body a rest.

My body can't take in that much protein (I tried) I'm lucky if I get 50g in a day. I was weight training and couldn't get in the nutrients needed and ended up frustrated and stopped going after 6 months

6:02 Journaling is something I learned to do on my own when I was a teenager. I didn’t really have anyone to confide in, and I really didn’t want to share my thoughts with anyone anyway, so I started writing them down on paper, and then a journal. The only thing that got me away from doing this was when some people decided to read my journal!
When my kids were teenagers I remembered how much it helped to write things down, but also remembered that breech of privacy. I advised them that they could write things down, but could also tear them up afterwards. That would be like throwing away their stress. I think we all need to get back to doing that, and encouraging the grandkids to do the same.
As someone with high functioning autism I have constant, almost subconscious, tension & stress.
I’m 61 & only about 10lbs overweight, but intermittent fasting only seems to make me lose muscle or perhaps a little fat where it’s barely noticeable. I can’t shift the belly fat & large bust.
I walk twice a day, & don’t sleep that well. Do you have any suggestions?
