  1. I have a hard time listening to women talk about health. Most of the time it's wrong information 🥴

  2. i was 225 at my most then i cut a lot of junk food out of my diet now im 185 in the span of 4months and i need tips i haven’t started working out btw would that help? any tips help pls im 16 btw

  3. "embrace the longer plateau" and we have people on here with 3-4 month plateaus. How long we supposed to embrace it?
I've plateaued on Keto Omad after 34 lbs and 3 months since I first began. Gunna start climbing the mountain everyday, fasted.

  4. I’ve been on a plateau for 4 weeks and I’ve been on 200 for those 4 weeks but I dnt pay attention to the scale anymore and I have seen how much my body has been changing with me taking pictures and measuring myself dnt listen to the scale

  5. My type 2 Diabetes came to an end after using the natural herbs medication I got from Dr IGUDIA on his YouTube channel. I will forever thank you sir.

  6. My goal weight is 107lbs but I can’t get below 109lbs I’ve been stuck here for months.

  7. 5’7 girl stuck at 150 my starting was 180 and goal 140 I’m so frustrated soon as I started doing weights training the scale froze because when I first started my journey I only ran

  8. Been stuck at 153 for months 😫 after loosing 70lbs and it's very frustrating…but I will keep on trucking.

  9. I’ve lost 50lbs and I want to lose another 50. Watching this made me realize yes I’ve been gaining so much more muscle and I guess I’m truly maintaining my weight.. I’m eating differently now than I was when I first started losing. Like right now I’m focused on low carb but.. it’s a different low carb than before. It was stricter that what I do now. I really got into the fiber/net carb/protein ratio thing here recently and back a few months ago I was only counting carbs.. I’d stay under 10. Now I stay under 50+fiber. 😩😭
    I don’t wanna go back

  10. Same situation for me. I've lost 40lbs with 30 more to go. I can't possibly reduce my calories anymore. I'm at 1200-1300/fay with exercise daily (1-2 hours). I think I need to do Intermittent Fasting and fine tuning my food choices

  11. so , i may be late to this. i started weight loss last year in april at 194 cm tall, 174kg. 11 months later and im at 138, but ive been that weight for since january to be honest. now , i did have a 2 week corona period without training, where i ate too much and bad food. My current plan is 4 days of exercise + 40 min cardio , and 2 days of just 30 minutes light cardio. i eat about 2300-2600 a day depending on my excercise level that day. is that too much still?
