Day 1: Doneβ (The arm workout burned a lot, overall it was okay.)
Oh dear I felt so confident after training for some time with your walking workouts and 7 min challenges but this is a whole different league π. I would love it if there were some indication of the level of the workouts like a little symbol in the title or something, as there is nothing so dissappointing as starting a workout and having to decide its too much. π
I am a fairly fit woman who jogs three times a week and does Lucy's videos on a regular basis. BUT this was HARD and two days later I was still sore. So next time I do the video I will do just two reps instead of three and see how that goes π
I am starting today will update the results
I am one of those that get bored easily and keep wondering off, but I keep coming back to this!! I have learnt my lesson now and will stick with this. At 77 it is doable and also brings results. Thank you Lucy β€οΈ
