  3. Hi girl!!! I Hope you see this but I just want to say I appreciate this video so much! Especially when you say love your body no matter what it looks like because it does so much for you! I resonate with that. Ever since the pandemic I also started to shift my mindset and looking into a more healthy lifestyle mentally, physically and spiritually. I loved your video!

  5. At the moment I’m trying to find a routine I can stick to that I also actually enjoy. I don’t really like going to the gym like I don’t find it that enjoyable and fun and I think being active should be fun. I agree with you that doing lots of different active stuff, outdoors especially, is more fun for me. I just need to stick to it more because I know I’m happier when I do but because I don’t have routine, I don’t.
