Cellulite don't go away. It's the fat around it that shows it . So losing that or toning it up is what helps

This video was very encouraging, thank you! I found light walking, swimming and proper hydration produced visible improvement in my skin's appearance in just 3 weeks so I can attest to the benefits but I wondered if I was doing enough. I'm definitely going to add dry brushing. Looks like it not only works but feels phenomenal. I'd also recommend hot stone massages and those knobby rolling pins some spas have. Not only are they deeply relaxing massage techniques that lower cortisol levels, they improve circulation and manipulate the fascia to help minimize the appearance of cellulite. I used to really like drinking water from my Grandma's well. I stopped liking water when I moved to the city, because I think my body recognized it didn't need the chlorine. I got a Berkey water filter and I again love drinking water. Try it out so you can enjoy, and your body actually ask for it.

Now that my body is worse I miss my old body that was better than now.haha Marriage some time make you fat. Especially when you eat junk food with your husband. Haha
