I love how people think it’s so difficult to lose weight, it’s quite simple you just simply don’t eat and when you feel that pain in your stomach just ignore it and it eventually go away and you’ll lose Weight dramatically, I’m not saying it’s healthiest way I’m just saying it’s fastest most efficient way to lose Weight

I am a night owl and have been pulling all nighters forever. I am too lazy to follow other diets so some things that helped me lose 10 kg are 1. Getting enough sleep. It doesnt matter what time you start but you need to get enough sleep. And I realized I want to eat when I am awake so I just sleep. Then I take plenty of vitamins because I have a habit of skipping meals. I stopped eating so much salt sugar and meat. Especially if you live in America. Seriously stop eating so much fast food, salt, and soda. When I lived in Korea for a few years and my diet changed and I stopped drinking soda and eating fast food it was amazing not only how much weight I lost but that it turned out I had so much bloating in my face from my salt intake.
For those of us that are lazy it is all about tricking your body into being healthy and avoiding things. I've been avoiding and procrastinating all my life so I learned how to use that against unhealthy food.
And Im just here eating chips while watching this
