  4. Love this workout and the instructors encouragement of at your own pace but still providing great motivation. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis means I have limited movement a lot of the time, but this has helped with weight loss and is doable daily. Even if some days I can do less than others. A great beginners video.

I just start it my weight loss journey this week and I discovered these guys the 2 day and I've never change it since and I already seen change it after I had my 3rd child 19 months ago I just don't have the energy to train but these workouts are life changing. I just love how he's encouraging everyone doesn't matter whether u don't do all of the workouts as long as your having fun and finish it. I couldn't being happier that I found this because I'm a busy mum and this definitely work for me

  8. So, I know this is stlighty unnecessary to give my personal review- since there are plently already. But I think It'll help me stick to it, and I also would encourage others to help themselves this way. Its not just about weightloss itself- which for me is slightly embarassing to state to myself, even though its not meant to be taken as abashing but also for health itself- imagine how good your body would be, easy to engage in activity and less hesitance- it improves self esteem as well, so I really want to see myself in an optimal state, for my welfare and also others can also adopt this perspective if they want to.
    so I weigh 152 pounds/69kg and 5'2 which is slightly overwieght- my goal is 121 pound/55kg

    so heres how day 1 went- I was panting alot and ran out of breath easily- yeah it was painful, I managed to do 12 minutes, I know its not that much but as one commentor said "its better than nothing". Its nice to see I'm facing trouble and its really not easy, and weight loss is bound to be more effective. My lifestyle is mostly sitting and studying and I hope to have better self control with this, and break the mental barrier that this stuff is impossible and inacheivable.
