I worked on forgiveness all last year and the year previous and learned some beautiful truths that can hardly be put into words. This year I want to focus on not only moving on from the past, but seeing all the ways my painful experiences, as well as those I have caused others, are turning into a gift of value that far outweighs the pain. (like the Oprah quote in the workout- being able to genuinely – perhaps even excitedly say – thank you.)
