  1. Day 1: This was really hard, lots of sweating, the planks were specifically difficult, very, difficult.

  2. I'll be doing this workout every other day for a month and will update the days I do it.
    Day 1 (7/19): Completed the whole workout with taking some breaks during the workout. Couldn't do side plank and pull properly. It was a heavy workout and it was longer than I expected.

  3. I have questions. Can we get any rest between every workout? Like for 30s or less? Or we have to do all of them without any rest?

    Day 1 ; 8/10 i donno how but it made me feel really good after
    Day 2; 10/10 took a break
    Day 3; 7/10 it was ok
    Day 4; the end was a reward ( had to take lots of breaks for some reason 💀)
    Day 5; 8/10 it was ok
    Day 6; 9/10 felt so good but my mom did call me in between the 2 and 3 round to eat breakfast but it was good
    Day 7; that was nice♥

I do all workouts in calendar and they are just insane….but I don't like this all body workouts which are not "no equipment".. u show some that we can do without any equipment, but they are not so intense for some of us… please do some all body cardio workouts without any equipment… btw thank u for your free calendar workout plans

  13. 14 minutes in with my dumbbells. I'll do another short video for my abs and obliques I feel like even though I work that part of my body it's just not working enough. I want to feel sore 😅

    PS: Im a sweaty mess but it was worth it!
