Last exercise whole pressure rest on neck
Skipped two three exercises as I am not ready to do them today but over all I am almost breathless at the end of the workout which means it is a good one
Today I have started my weight is 63 kg height 162.56
1st day:- could'nt complete all exercise upto timings and my body is paining
2nd day :- skipped
3rd day:- done bt still some of them not completely

Day 1 :It was not too bad but I’m doing a water fast I didn’t do the breaks only for one but that was until the end doing this until I see a big progress
Day 2 (morning ):I am doing it two times I will do one in the afternoon I’m also doing hand and face slimming
