10 Day Challenge - 10 Minute Workout To Lose Fat Fast

    starting weight: 120 pounds
    goal weight: 110 pounds

    body info: 14 yrs old, 5'4

    reason for doing this: I don't really exercise and that's not healthy by itself, but I'm always eating junk food and stuff that's not good for me so I just want to be healthy and feel good with myself and my eating habits.

    P.S: I'm doing all my exercises at night and hour or two before i go to bed and i usually get 7-8 hours of sleep on weekdays and like 10-12 hours (lmfao) of sleep on weekends. I have one more week till spring break so ill be getting more sleep on those last couple of days.

    OK LETS START

    day 1 – I finished the workout and my form was pretty bad on some of the exercises. I can definitely tell that the workout was full body and it pretty much targets my weakness which is jumping and my calves. I can feel the burn a little in my arms and stomach area, but its not as bad as in my calves. To be fair, I did just do a different challenge which targeted the abs so I think my indurence levels when it comes to that part of my body is a little better. I drank some water and did my nightly skincare and whatever then went to bed an hour later. I got like 7.5 hours of sleep. good luck to whoever else is doing this workout, you guys got this!

    day 2 – I can feel my form improving a little bit. MAN DID I FEEL IT IN MY CALVES!! Maybe that's just because my form sucks but my calves are dying 💀. Yet again, I feel the burn a little bit in my arms and stomach, but more than yesterday. I have a feeling the sore/burn sensation is going to build but it'll be worth it in the end. I got 8 hours of sleep tonight and I didn't eat any junk food today, I definitely notice a difference in my body. good luck!!!! 💗💗💗

  3. thanks for this video, today is my 4th day of doing 2x a day, less rice more fruits and veggies and lemon in the morning empty stomach and 4 cups of tea for the whole day, though this video is 5years ago but it help me much stronger until now body pain but i will update my kg after 10days🤣 when i started to do excercise is 62kg overweight 😢

    so everyones gonna maybe looking for a comment like mine bcz u can understand while u read itt.

    today im not going to say my weight but i will tell when i am satisfied eith my weight.

    i want better fast results in like 2 weeks but i cant take diets or somethin ..

    so:-
    i am not doing any diet but i will control my fooding like i will eat 3times meal but in lesser amount than usual .
    Next i will do this exerciese for once but if i get time or in mood of doing exercise i will do twice an i will record here how much times i had done.

    Thirdly i am planning to do this fkr 3 weeks so idont know if i can definitely i would take leave. i will mention here.

    Last but not leastly i will do this along with nothing. that means i would do this only.

    i dont know whether it would changemy past life but am insecure in my weight and fat so iam truly expecting some change even if its 5kilos and my goal is to reduce actuvally 15 kiloo or 20 kilos which is actually not possible in 3 weeks so….. lets startt
