I see alot of people talking about cortisol levels. I'm curious what you think about about the people who's adrenal glands do not work. I had chemo and it killed my adrenal glands. I have to take steroids 3 times a day or I am deathly ill … In the ICU at times. I am fighting to lose a pound or more and I feel it's almost impossible on steriods. Please help!
